Top tips
Use any variety of sliced bread to suit. This recipe works well as a toasted sandwich too. If your child is not allowed peanut butter in their school lunch box substitute with mashed banana.

Step 1
Place the bread slices onto a chopping board and spread with butter, margarine or low fat spread.
Step 2
Spread one slice of each sandwich with honey and the other with peanut butter and sprinkle over the chocolate chips.
Step 3
Cut into triangles.
