This recipe has been stolen from a friend who served it before Sunday lunch. I went home that night and made it for my supper. It was THAT good!

Slice the bread, mozzarella and ham into an equal number of rounds/slices.
Place a piece of mozzarella on top of each slice of bread and wrap in Parma ham.
Grill for 10 mins about 15cm away from the grill so that the bottom of the bread gets crisp and brown without the top burning.
