These wraps are a novel variation on a sandwich or filled roll for children’s lunchboxes, picnics or party food.

Method

Step 1
Lay the tortillas out on a chopping board and spread each evenly with the Dijonnaise.
Step 2
Mix together the cheeses, parsley and seasoning in a bowl then scatter over the tortillas.
Step 3
Lay the wafer thin ham over the cheese on the tortillas, spreading out evenly to cover the cheese.
Step 4
Carefully roll each tortilla up incorporating the filling then cut each wrap into 4 pieces diagonally, securing each piece with a cocktail stick in the middle to stop them from unravelling and this in turn also makes them great party nibbles too.
Step 5
Serve immediately.
