- Slice the avocado into 15 thin slices, squeeze over the lime juice and toss with a pinch of sea salt.
- Drizzle the bread with a little olive oil and toast. Top each toasted baguette slice with a piece of avocado, a spoonful of crab, a grind of black pepper and a few coriander leaves
