What you need:

2 slices medium brown bread, 8 raw peeled tiger prawns, half a papaya, a handful of frisee lettuce, a few drops of oil, 1 tbsp sweet chilli dipping sauce and a squeeze of lime juice

What you need:

2 slices medium wholemeal bread, 265g Welsh peppered goats cheese, 22 chargrilled pimentos, drained well and 225g young spinach leaves

3 slices medium white bread, 50g sliced ham, 50g cheddar cheese, 1 tomato and 2 tbsp tomato chutney
